Steve was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible. If he didn't have the answer (which was rare) he had someone that could get it right away. He was very upfront and honest about shortcomings with the properties and listened to what I wanted. Even if a property didn’t have problems he let me know if he thought it would be a good fit for me.

Though the process was a little rocky as first time home buyers, Steven made us feel comfortable and was quick to answer any questions we had. As well as do his best to resolve any issues that came up such as timeliness with the financing company. Even after we had purchased the house and something went wrong with our water heater, he was still willing to come over to help resolve the issue.
